The wait is over, and Xaphoon Jones’ latest mixtape drop, Xaphoon Jones Volume 3, is now here. The Chiddy Bang member showcases his production talents throughout 16 tracks, reworking some of the more popular records as of late.
It’s fight night: deadmau5 vs. Gerard Way. Off of his upcoming album >album title goes here<, the Canadian producer drops an intense video for his latest single “Professional Griefers” featuring My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way. The clip displays both gentlemen engaged in a UFC fight. Going pound for pound, both gentlemen control a giant robotic mau5 in front of screaming fans.
The way I found him was because he followed me on Soundcloud. @CBR_Beats_ remakes instrumentals and Remixes songs with the beats he makes. CBR stands for College Boy River. He is a 16 Year Old Producer/Engineer. Check him out. His Soundcloud, Youtube & Twitter is below. These are only few of his songs. Check it out!

Eli has done so many songs this year that he decided to do a compilation on 8Tracks. Like tweeted out:
He wants everyone to listen to this.
So here is his compilation. ♫Enjoy!♫
Eli put out a new mashup [or Bootleg, as he calls it] last night when it debuted on Turntable.fm. It’s called Workaholic. Work all day, Rave all night. This mashup features Nadia Ali, Mac Miller, Cobra Starship, Kay, Hyper Crush, Na Palm, Owl City, Carly, Rae Jepsen, Dannic, & finally, Hardwell.
Download and Listen to his latest remix below.
After releasing his new single Professional Griefers a few days ago, deadmau5 now looks to keep his fans attention by sharing some behind-the-scenes footage of the video for the tune. The tune is set to appear on his upcoming album, > album title goes here <, which is set to hit shelves later this year, and the video is planned to release on August 29. Get your first look at the video up above and be sure to place your pre-orders for the new album set to release September 25, by clicking here.
On the first edition of Trap Tuesday, I would like to show you tracks that I discovered on Soundcloud. First, there is a new track by the duo Flosstradamus called “Underground Anthem” that takes it back to the roots of trap music with heavy bass and synth undertones. Sampling and chopping the words “underground” also adds to the lively feel of this track
Flosstradamus – Underground Anthem
Bassnectar remixing his own song? It must be good. Bassnectar released a trapstyle remix of his own “Vava Voom” song that features Lupe Fiasco. Sampling the original Lupe Fiasco, the beat drops into an echo-ing “ay” coupled with a high synth and hi-hats/snare combination. Although every artist seems to be getting a crack at trapstyle, Bassnectar executes this trapstyle remix flawlessly.
Bassnectar feat. Lupe Fiasco – Vava Voom (Bassnectar Remix)
Look out for other trapstyle tracks in the future. Below are other tracks that intrigued me.
Afrojack and Shermantology – Can’t Stop Me Now (Paperbwoy Remix)
Kid Cudi – Trapped in My Mind (Kid Womp Remix)
DJ Khaled – All I Do is Win (Wick-it Trapwagon Remix)
After trying to find a song worthy of posting, I finally stumbled upon the CDQ version of deadmau5’s song “Professional Griefers” on mau5trap’s Soundcloud page. Although the beginning is DJ tagged, the rest of the stream is the actual song. Deadmau5, along with My Chemical Romance’s front man Gerard Way, creates a melodic song that captures Zimmerman’s signature sound. Look out for deadmau5’s new album >album title goes here dropping on Sept. 25th. Stream and link to iTunes download below (get the iTunes version of Professional Griefers automatically when you pre-order the album)
Over the weekend, electronic dance music trio Swedish House Mafia premiered their new single “Don’t You Worry Child” featuring John Martin! On the heels of their highly-publicized hiatus announcement about a month ago, the legendary trio premiered the track on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection. The good news is that Don’t You Worry Child has lived up to the massive expectations and is a gorgeous progressive house tune with magnificent vocals from John Martin, who was also featured on Save The World. While there is still some debate as to whether this is in fact their last single, I really hope that it is not. Be sure to check it out below, Enjoy!
