Drake Breaks Jay-Z’s Record

Drake has broken Jay-Z’s record for the most number one hits on the R&B/Hip Hop chart. The Young Money superstar now has obtained seven collaborations alongside three lead singles to grab the top spot on the chart. “No Lie,” his collaboration with 2 Chainz, put him over the top.

Jay-Z has only nine number ones, including four lead singles and five collaborations.

Lil Wayne follows Jay with eight number ones, and Kanye West has had six number ones–three lead singles and three collaborations–giving him the fourth spot.
